Through our two Counselor-in-Training (CIT) programs, teens can continue enjoying the magic of camp, while also helping to create an amazing summer experience for the next generation of campers.
In CIT 1/Etgar, teens will split their time between working with children to learn camp counseling skills and participating in meaningful community service projects. CIT I/Etgar teens get a taste of being a camp counselor, go on great trips, and play a role in healing the world!

After completing their first summer as a CIT, teens move on to our CIT II/Gesher program. In CIT II/Gesher, teens will make a difference in the lives of children as they learn about youth relationship skills, child development, and techniques for leading activities. Teens spend the summer getting on-the-job training and experience working with children. They will also go on several fun trips! |
